what are they saying?
“Asiado has impeccable comedic timing
and creates distinct relationships with each cast member, allowing for dynamic shifts between the characters through the course of the show.”
- FRONT ROW REVIEWERS
“Asiado subtly navigates the dueling channels of self-righteousness and insecurity, trying to be as smooth and assured as possible without exposing the vulnerabilities of her own defense.”
“Lily Hye Soo Dixon nails Alex to every nuance and Asiado responds accordingly in capturing the emotional contours of Lark.”
- THE UTAH REVIEW
“Asiado enchants the audience with her radiant personality.
“ I felt immersed in the world of the play created with little more than one woman’s voice. It’s her world and we’re just living in it.”
- Rose Allen, Front Row Reviewers

An indie horror film based in Provo confronts stereotypes about AAPI culture
By Palak Jayswal , Salt Lake Acting Tribune“Asiado more than lived up to the praise the script has received so much acclaim for and I look forward to seeing her grace more Utah stages. “
“Asiado’s ability to navigate these moments was so engaging that audience members willingly took off their socks, proposed marriage and even gave a moving speech. At one point, the audience was so filled with communitas from the performance, that they spontaneously sang along to Marvin Gaye’s “Ain’t No Mountain High Enough” as Asiado continued to list brilliant things.“

Asiado more than lived up to the praise the script has received so much acclaim for.”
She also originated the role of Lark in MESTIZA, or MIXED, with Plan-B Theatre, Utah's first production featuring a Filipino-majority cast.
